Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Coordinator, located in Gosport. The Senior Project Coordinator will manage and oversee project timelines, expedite processes, handle logistics, and ensure thorough inspections of goods and materials. Responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison with clients, resolving project challenges, and driving overall efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and coordination of deliverables
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to maintain the quality and standards of projects
- Expertise in Logistics Management to organize, distribute, and oversee the flow of resources
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Manufacturing or engineering experience useful
- More than a year of experience in project management
Job Title: Container Workshop Fit-Out Technician
Location: Gosport

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and practical Technician to fit out custom workshop shipping containers. This role involves hands-on construction, installation, and finishing work to transform standard shipping containers into fully functional workshop units tailored to customer requirements. The ideal candidate is mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, materials, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
* Fit out shipping containers into custom workshop units, offices, or mobile workspaces
* Install internal structures including walls, flooring, benches, storage, and shelving
* Carry out basic electrical installations (lighting, power points, cable management)
* Install ventilation, insulation, and climate-control components where required
* Read and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
* Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Perform basic metalwork, carpentry, and fabrication tasks
* Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines
* Troubleshoot and resolve fit-out issues as they arise
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Experience in construction, fabrication, mechanical, or trade-related work
* Confident using hand tools and power tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and reliability
Desirable:
* Trade qualification (carpentry, electrical, metal fabrication, or similar)
* Experience working with shipping containers or modular buildings
* Basic electrical certification or experience
* Welding or fabrication experience
* Forklift or EWP license
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift and handle materials
* Comfortable working in confined spaces and on your feet for extended periods
* Able to work indoors and outdoors in workshop environments
